Job summary

Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH) seeks an inspiring Clinical Lead Nurse to provide professional leadership across Community Learning Disability Services in Rotherham, Doncaster and North Lincolnshire.

The post holder will support multidisciplinary teams, promote best practice, supervise staff, and drive improvements in physical health outcomes and equity of access to care for people with learning disabilities, ensuring care complies with legislation, standards

Qualifications

• Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current registration.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in learning disability services.
• Commitment to person-centred care and evidence-based practice.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership across Community Learning Disability Services in Rotherham, Doncaster and North Lincolnshire.
• Support and develop staff through supervision and coaching.
• Drive quality improvement and clinical governance across services.
• Promote best practice and equitable access to high-quality healthcare for people with learning disabilities.
• Influence change and ensure voices of people with learning disabilities are at the heart of the work.
