Rotherham Doncaster & South Humber Foundation Trust invites applications for a senior service lead based within the Learning Disability and Forensic directorate. The post involves promoting the service, leading the team, and deputising for the service manager within governance frameworks.
You will drive service development, staff mentorship, and robust clinical supervision while collaborating with patients, carers and the multidisciplinary team to meet service aims.
The post holder will be based within the Learning Disability and Forensic directorate. Working closely with the Learning disability Service Manager to review the current business activities within the service. The post holder will also be the lead in promoting the service, identifying good practice, and working closely with the team to implement any recommendations. The post holder will have direct line management responsibilities for the agreed service and robust management of the team. The community team manager will assist and oversee the day‑day operational responsibilities for the clinical services within the community team and the wider multi‑disciplinary team.
