Job summary

You will drive service development, staff mentorship, and robust clinical supervision while collaborating with patients, carers and the multidisciplinary team to meet service aims.

Responsibilities

• Lead and embed the principles of transforming care across the learning disability service.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to staff with direct line management responsibilities.
• Promote partnership working with patients, carers, and stakeholders.
• Review staffing levels and skill mix as necessary.
• Oversee day-to-day management of clinical services within the community team and wider MDT.
• Drive infection control improvements and environment enhancements for patients.
