We are pleased to invite applications for a Senior Clinical Fellow (SpR equivalent) in trauma & orthopaedic surgery at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. The post will be based at either the Royal Free Hospital or Barnet General Hospital, with elective clinics and trauma primarily at the Royal Free Hospital and Barnet General Hospital. Elective operating will mainly be at Chase Farm Hospital, with some clinics at this site as well.
This position is suitable for individuals seeking to enhance their trauma and orthopaedic knowledge and skills, participate in teaching (undergraduate and postgraduate), and develop research interests.
The post will be supervised by a designated consultant who will serve as the educational supervisor.
The successful candidate will join a department comprising 24 consultant trauma and orthopaedic surgeons across the Trust and will actively participate in providing orthopaedic care. They will also contribute to the department’s teaching and research activities.
