• Experienced clinician with NHS context and credibility.
• Possesses a non-medical prescribing qualification and demonstrated expertise in enhanced assessment, clinical examination and diagnostic reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, design and delivery of education for practitioners at enhanced level of practice.
• Support learners through coaching, mentoring and professional support.
• Collaborate with clinical services to identify workforce development needs.
• Act as an expert resource for enhanced clinical practice and skills development.
• Maintain clinical competence through ongoing practice and CPD.
