Job summary

NHS Lanarkshire is seeking a highly skilled healthcare professional to lead and shape clinical practice within their specialty. You will manage a programme of quality improvement, clinical audit and research, while supervising and developing a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.

The role requires UK registration (NMC/HCPC), and a postgraduate level of expertise, with strong knowledge of clinical guidelines to drive safe, effective practice across services.

Qualifications

• Registered Healthcare practitioner with valid UK Registration (NMC/HCPC).
• Masters level education or working towards.
• Postgraduate expertise within the specialty demonstrating breadth of knowledge to lead safety, effectively and efficiently.
• Comprehensive knowledge of clinical guidelines and standards within the specialty.

Responsibilities

• Lead or manage a programme of quality improvement, clinical audit and research activity.
• Lead supervision, education and development of the multidisciplinary team.
