CooperVision Limited is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager – Clinical for the London – M25 region. The role focuses on delivering professional clinical support, product-focused training and CPD to Eye Care Professionals, in coordination with BDMs and regional sales teams.

The position blends field-based work four days a week with one day for Professional Affairs activities, contributing to education initiatives and broader company priorities.

Qualifications

• Eye care practitioner with experience in a professional sales environment.
• Ability to positively influence at all levels using strong interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support customer engagements with clinical and educational expertise across the M25 region.
• Deliver clinical coaching and product knowledge to BDMs and ECPs.
• Represent CooperVision at professional meetings and events.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
