CooperVision is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager – Clinical to provide professional and clinical support to Eye Care Professionals across the M25 region. The role is field-based (4 days) with one day dedicated to Professional Affairs, combining training delivery, CPD and customer education.

You will collaborate with BDMs, RSMs and KAMs to identify training needs, deliver tailored clinical support, and build knowledge of CooperVision products and messages to drive contact lens

Qualifikationen

• Eye care practitioner with experience in a professional sales environment.
• Coaches others effectively and can influence at all levels of management.
• Strong relationship builder with excellent interpersonal skills and coaching ability.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills across professional audiences.
• Highly proactive, able to work independently and within a team to achieve objectives.
• Ability to manage a large geographical sales area across the M25 region.
• Proficient with CRM and data tracking.
• Computer literacy including Excel, Word and PowerPoint are essential.

Aufgaben

• Work with BDMs, RSMs and KAMs to support customers across the M25 region and align clinical activity to priorities.
• Identify clinical, educational and training needs of ECPs and broader practice teams, delivering appropriate support.
• Deliver high-quality peer-to-peer clinical education, CPD and in-room coaching to ECPs and other customer groups.
• Support customer development and category growth by applying clinical and product knowledge to opportunities.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of CooperVision products and professional messages.
• Represent CooperVision at professional meetings, seminars and events.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM and other systems.
• Spend four days per week supporting customers and commercial teams in the M25 region; one day for Professional Affairs activities.
