Job summary

Pearson is spearheading a Qualifications Transformation Programme to reshape operations, innovation, and value delivery across portfolios. We seek an Advanced Specialist, Program Management (Senior Agile Business Analyst) to drive transformation projects, elicit requirements, facilitate agile ceremonies, and mentor junior analysts within a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for transformation projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams in a matrix environment to define and deliver solutions.
Facilitate agile ceremonies and promote adopt ion of agile practices across teams.
Mentor junior Business Analysts and support best practices in business analysis.
Analyze processes to identify improvements and contribute to scalable solution design.
Communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
Champion continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the BA community.
