Job summary

Artificial Labs is expanding its team and seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to lead engagements from planning through delivery and into business-as-usual operations. A core focus is ensuring a high-quality service experience that delivers real value and successful outcomes for clients.

You’ll collaborate closely with our Commercial, Product Management, and Forward Deployed Engineering teams, while working directly with clients to ensure seamless delivery and long-term success.

Qualifications

• Executive level communication and problem solving, with confidence in challenging client conversations.
• Proven experience in Client Success or Account Management, with proactive relationship building.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear client language.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and delivery for new clients, ensuring value creation and smooth handover to BAU.
• Build trusted client partnerships by understanding business objectives, workflows and integration needs.
• Champion client needs internally, collaborating with Product, Forward Deployed Engineers and Client Success teams to shape implementations.
• Define project objectives, scope and milestones; establish governance and roles to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and client training, remotely or on-site, for launch readiness.
• Manage go-live and transition to BAU with clear documentation and ongoing client satisfaction.
• Monitor platform usage and performance to drive adoption and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing feedback and prioritizing changes to improve service quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to triage live issues and maintain SLA adherence.
• Represent the company externally in client meetings, workshops and industry events.
