Job summary

Artificial Labs is looking for a senior Product Manager/Owner to orchestrate actions across Discovery, Delivery and Optimisation, joining a cross-functional team of product, insurance and technical experts in a growing client pipeline. The role suits someone with InsurTech background and hands-on product leadership in scale-up environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Product Manager or Product Owner roles.
• Ability to think strategically with a business mindset.
• Experience in fast-paced, technology-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Contribute across discovery, delivery and optimisation, framing problems and opportunities into shaped work with a clear hypothesis and outcomes.
• Decide what to build next or stop using data, improving measurable results.
• Lead roadmap and delivery conversations with clients, aligning expectations with commitments.
• Hold scope to the smallest viable version that still moves the outcome, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ship iterative enhancements.
• Collaborate with the VP of Product and wider team on direction, prioritisation and scheduling of the product roadmap and strategy.
• Support definition of the evolving target state for digital and connected insurance businesses.
