Job summary

Artificial is expanding its client success team in London and seeks a Senior Client Success Manager to lead engagements from planning through delivery and into BAU operations.

You will build strong client relationships, drive adoption of Artificial products, and collaborate with Commercial, Product Management and Forward Deployed Engineering to ensure seamless delivery and lasting value for brokers and carriers.

Qualifications

• Executive level communication skills, able to navigate challenging client conversations.
• Experience in Client Success or Account Management with multiple clients.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear client language.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools (G Suite, Notion, Slack, Figma, Asana) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients and deliver solutions from handover to go-live and BAU.
• Build trusted client partnerships and understand business objectives to drive adoption.
• Advocate for client needs within Artificial and influence product improvements.
• Define project objectives, scope, governance, and timelines for delivery.
• Coordinate testing (UAT) and client training, remotely or on-site.
• Manage go-live and transition to BAU with clear documentation and satisfaction.
• Monitor platform usage and engagement to identify optimization opportunities.
• Capture feedback and change requests to enhance the client experience and delivery.
• Collaborate with Support, Product and Engineering to triage live issues and ensure SLA adherence.
• Represent the company externally in client meetings, workshops and industry events.
