Pearson Professional Assessments is seeking an Advanced Specialist, Customer Success to support high-stakes assessments for key clients. The role blends contract, account, and project management to ensure timely delivery and alignment with contractual commitments.

As a senior member of the Customer Success team, you will act as a trusted partner across cross-functional groups, driving continuous improvement and commercial growth while coaching junior team members where needed.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in client-facing roles with high-value accounts and at least 5 years in contract/account management.
• Strong commercial understanding including SLAs, KPIs, and change control.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with delivery of computer-based assessments and qualifications is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own and manage the primary relationship for complex client accounts, building long-term partnerships.
• Lead end-to-end readiness and delivery of high-stake assessments, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
• Manage service performance against contracts, KPIs, and SLAs to meet commercial and operational outcomes.
• Identify risks and dependencies, drive mitigation actions, and influence stakeholders to maintain momentum.
