Job summary

Attivo are Lifestyle Financial Planners, a privately owned firm delivering transparent and trusted financial planning. We seek a Senior Client Services Administrator to join the Cheltenham-based Client Services team, handling LOAs, client enquiries, data changes and pre-meeting prep with accuracy and efficiency.

You will work closely with Financial Planners and support teams to ensure an exceptional client experience and drive operational excellence across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Financial Planning or regulated environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Confident handling varied client interactions with empathy and professionalism.
• Strong written communication skills for well-presented documents.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
• Discretion handling sensitive and confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all Client Services Administrator duties to a consistently high standard.
• Act as SME for key client lifecycle processes (LOAs, data updates, policy schedules, client retention, reallocations).
• Manage offboarding activities and handle complex client queries efficiently.
• Support colleagues with procedural guidance and best practice.
• Assist with onboarding, training and mentoring of new starters.
• Contribute to training materials, guides and process documentation.
• Perform quality checks on administrative output and identify improvement trends.
• Support project work and process improvements across the department.
