Job summary

Attivo is seeking a Senior Client Services Administrator to join the Client Services team. You will support early client journey stages, handle LOAs, data updates and pre-meeting prep with accuracy and efficiency.

As a subject matter expert, you will guide colleagues, drive consistency, and help improve processes while delivering outstanding client service across the lifecycle. Hybrid role based in Cheltenham with some flexible working.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a Financial Planning or regulated environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (Office 365).
• Confident in handling varied client interactions with empathy and professionalism.
• Strong written communication and ability to produce well-presented documents.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritising workload.

Responsibilities

• Delivering all Client Services Administrator duties to a high standard.
• Acting as SME for key client lifecycle processes including LOAs and data updates.
• Managing existing policy schedules and client retention activities.
• Supporting onboarding, training and mentoring of new starters.
• Contributing to training materials, guides and process documentation.
• Performing quality checks and identifying trends for improvement.
