Job summary

Attivo Group in Cheltenham seeks an experienced Senior Client Services Administrator to join our Client Services team. You will support the early stages of the client journey, handling enquiries, LOAs, data changes and pre-meeting preparation with accuracy and efficiency.

As a senior team member you will guide colleagues, drive quality and process improvements, and collaborate with Financial Planners to ensure an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a Financial Planning or regulated environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook (Office 365).
• Strong written communication and discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client services administrator duties to a high standard.
• Act as subject matter expert for client lifecycle processes including LOAs and data updates.
• Assist onboarding, training and mentoring of new starters.
• Contribute to training materials and process documentation.
• Prepare pre-meeting information and client documentation.
• Coordinate meeting bookings and client correspondence.
• Support operational improvement and offer cover during peak periods.
