Job summary

Attivo is seeking an experienced Senior Client Services Administrator to join the Cheltenham-based Client Services team. You will support early client journey stages, handle LOAs and data changes, and ensure accurate, efficient workflows while acting as a subject matter expert for key processes.

You will work closely with Financial Planners and support teams, delivering high-quality client service and driving continuous improvement across the department.

Qualifications

• Experienced Financial Planning administrator in a regulated environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook (Office 365).
• Confident handling varied client interactions with empathy and professionalism.
• Strong written communication and well-presented documents.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload.
• Discretion with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all Client Services Administrator duties to a high standard.
• Act as SME for client lifecycle processes e.g. LOAs, data updates, policy schedules.
• Support onboarding, training and mentoring of new starters.
• Provide procedural guidance and drive process improvements across the team.
• Prepare pre-meeting information and client documentation.
• Assist with bookings, client correspondence and lifecycle activities.
