Attivo Group in Cheltenham is seeking an experienced Senior Client Services Administrator to join the Client Services team. You will support the early stages of the client journey, handling enquiries, LOAs, data changes, pre-meeting prep and administrative workflows with accuracy and efficiency.

As a senior member, you will mentor colleagues, share procedural guidance, and drive quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Financial Planning or regulated environment.
• Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook (Office 365).
• Confident handling varied client interactions with empathy and professionalism.
• Strong written communication and well-presented documents.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload.
• Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all Client Services Administrator duties to a consistently high standard.
• Act as a subject matter expert for key client lifecycle processes, including LOAs, data updates, and existing policy schedules.
• Support onboarding, training and mentoring of new starters.
• Contribute to training materials, guides and process documentation.
• Perform quality checks on administrative output and identify improvement trends.
• Coordinate pre-meeting information and client documentation.
• Support meeting bookings, client correspondence and administration across the lifecycle.
• Provide cover for colleagues and support the Team Leader during peak periods.
