Job summary

Attivo is seeking an experienced Senior Client Services Administrator to join the Cheltenham-based Client Services team. The role supports early client journey stages, handles complex queries and drives process improvement.

You will work with Financial Planners and support teams to ensure an exceptional client experience, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Financial Planning or regulated environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook (Office 365).
• Strong written communication and professionalism.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload.
• Discretion handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Client Services Administrator duties to a consistently high standard.
• Act as subject matter expert for client lifecycle processes (LOAs, data updates, policy schedules).
• Support onboarding, training and mentoring of new starters.
• Coordinate pre-meeting information and client documentation.
• Provide cover for colleagues and assist Team Leader during peak periods.
