Job Role:

Senior Client Services Manager (Senior Accountant) – The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience or 5 years total experience. They will be client-facing and able to work effectively in a team. The candidate should be eager to work in a fast-growing company.

Job Duties:
  • Act as the point of contact for client liaison.
  • Meet clients to discuss accounts.
  • Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting reports, in collaboration with the India team.
  • Advise clients on business improvement areas.
  • Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential.
  • Detect and prevent money laundering.
Account Management:
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing and receipt of payments.
  • Coordinate with the India team to ensure timely invoice raising and client fee payments, liaising directly with clients when necessary.
  • Standardize and update client engagement letters.
Management:
  • Provide weekly updates with SKS on monthly meetings as required.
  • Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices.
  • Manage UK-based accounting and administrative staff as needed.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, networking, and participating in professional societies.
Business Development:
  • Assist SKS Business Development Director in acquiring new clients by meeting prospects, discussing requirements, and preparing proposals (with support from Directors).
  • Expand the value chain by introducing new services to existing clients at all touchpoints.

The Group has specialist directors providing significant technical support to fulfill these responsibilities.
