You will drive multi-year growth, manage cross-functional teams, and own end-to-end sales cycles from opportunity to closure. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in BPM/BPO sales, proven ability to grow mid-market accounts, and experience across consumer products, retail, logistics, and e-commerce.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in BPM, BPO, consulting, or outsourcing sales.
• Proven experience managing and growing mid-market or emerging enterprise accounts.
• Experience within Consumer Products, Retail, Logistics, E-commerce, Supply Chain, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of high-potential accounts and develop multi-year growth plans.
• Increase wallet share through cross-sell and upsell of BPM, digital transformation, AI, analytics, and related services.
• Drive revenue, bookings, margin, and pipeline targets.
• Build pursuit strategies to accelerate account growth.
• Develop executive connections and conduct value-realisation discussions with clients.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from opportunity identification through closure.
• Collaborate with solution teams to create compelling value propositions.
• Ensure accurate pipeline reviews, forecasting, and deal governance.
