Job summary

CloudHQ International in the United Kingdom seeks a Customer Manager to act as the primary liaison between customers and landlord during large-scale data center projects. You will build relationships, coordinate requirements, and drive issue resolution across technical, commercial, and operational domains.

You will collaborate with design, construction, commissioning and operations teams to ensure successful delivery and a smooth handover, while managing risks, changes and contractual

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale capital data center projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Certification: PMP or Prince2.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between the customer and landlord organization throughout project delivery.
• Lead customer meetings, progress reviews, and executive updates.
• Coordinate customer reviews, approvals, inspections, and handover activities.
• Develop and maintain communication plans with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare executive-level reports and project status updates.
• Identify and mitigate customer-related delivery risks and dependencies.
• Support change management and coordinate with commercial, legal, and project controls teams.
