Global Data Center Client Lead — Project Delivery

Job summary

CloudHQ seeks a Customer Manager to serve as the main customer-facing representative for landlords during large-scale data center projects. You will build strong relationships, coordinate requirements, and drive issue resolution from design through handover.

The role requires experience with hyperscale clients and knowledge of data center design, construction, and operations. Candidates should hold PMP/Prince2 and manage capital programs across global sites.

Qualifications

• Experience working with hyperscale customers (AWS, Microsoft, Google, Meta, etc.).
• Knowledge of data center design, construction, commissioning, and operations.
• PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience managing large-scale capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between the customer and landlord organization.
• Coordinate customer requirements, reviews, approvals, inspections, and handover across design, construction, commissioning and operations.
• Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and project status updates.
• Lead customer readiness activities and ensure smooth transition into operations.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks and escalate critical issues with stakeholders.
