Placements24 seeks a strategic Customer Relations Manager for our client in Randburg, Gauteng. You will manage key client relationships, resolve escalations, and drive retention and growth through bespoke solutions and proactive engagement.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field and at least 5 years in client relationship management; an MBA is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relationship management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of key clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
• Develop a deep understanding of client needs, business objectives, and industry trends.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client value and upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client support.
• Conduct regular client reviews and performance analyses, presenting insights and strategic recommendations.
• Develop and implement client retention strategies to minimize churn and maximize lifetime value.
• Serve as a client advocate within the organization, ensuring feedback is heard and addressed.
