Job summary

Brave Bison Performance is seeking a Senior Client Partner on maternity cover to lead a high‑performing client services team across paid media, SEO, and multi‑channel growth. You will shape strategy, manage senior client relationships, and drive commercial growth while elevating operational standards and delivering client‑centric results.

You will be accountable for revenue performance, mentoring teams, and developing innovative tools and processes that raise the bar for the agency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years cross digital experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Agency-side senior leadership experience.
• Proven multi-channel account management with commercial results.
• Strong paid media and organic search knowledge.
• Experience developing client services teams.
• History of identifying and converting growth opportunities within existing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team spanning Business Directors, Account Directors, Senior Account Managers, Account Managers, and Account Executives; own performance management.
• Serve as the principal operations lead for campaign strategy and the point of escalation across key client accounts.
• Take accountability for revenue targets, lead new business pitches, and ensure timely invoicing and profitability.
• Own elements of the Client Services roadmap, improve reporting tools and processes, and drive efficiency.
• Shape the agency's strategic innovation by designing long-term tools, frameworks and workflows.
