Liberty is seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to own complex client accounts, delivering data-driven SEO strategies that improve visibility and commercial outcomes. You will mentor colleagues and collaborate across the agency to drive performance, while contributing to leadership in client forums.

The role supports a hybrid and remote working model, emphasising clear communication, visibility of work, and proactive collaboration to deliver results.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years demonstrable experience delivering SEO campaigns in an agency.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimisation, and analytics.
• Commercially minded with ability to connect performance to client goals.
• Confident communicator, highly organised and proactive.
• Collaborative across disciplines to plan and deliver integrated campaigns.
• Willing to mentor others and share knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day SEO strategy and delivery across accounts and workstreams.
• Analyse performance, diagnose issues, and translate insights into actions.
• Conduct technical audits, keyword research, and growth opportunities.
• Translate client goals into actionable SEO plans with milestones and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Client Services, SEO, Content, Digital PR, and Social to align activity with campaigns.
