Job summary

IQVIA Laboratories is seeking a Sr Client Operations Manager to oversee client relationships and project delivery across multiple studies, balancing operational and financial perspectives throughout the lifecycle. You will collaborate with project teams, business development and governance bodies to implement best practices, monitor performance, and ensure consistent, high‑quality global study delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered.
7 years of clinical or research industry experience, including 5 years of project management.

Responsibilities

Manage and enhance client relationships across projects from an operational and financial perspective.
Coordinate with Project teams, Senior Project Managers and Business Development to ensure delivery.
Define governance structures and portfolio health status with the client.
Collaborate with IQVIA project teams, Operational teams and CRO counterparts to ensure global delivery.
Participate in client meetings, bid defenses, capabilities reviews and audits.
Monitor performance metrics and SLAs to drive continuous improvements.
