Job summary

TP ICAP Group Services Ltd in Belfast is seeking a graduate to join the Client Onboarding team, delivering BAU activities and supporting the Client Lifecycle Team Lead in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver allocated client lifecycle processes to defined service levels and timelines.
Complete onboarding cases for low, medium and high risk clients, including KYC/AML checks.
Monitor negative media alerts and investigate/escalate to compliance when needed.
Use screening tools for efficient client screening related to BAU cases.
Assist with group mailbox management and respond to queries.
Build relationships with internal Operations and Front Office Brokers.
