CV Screen is recruiting for a Senior Client Manager in an established accountancy practice near Newbury. The role offers hybrid working (3 days in the office) and a competitive salary of £55,000-£60,000 with excellent benefits.

You will own a valued client portfolio, provide strategic advisory support and help develop the team while driving business growth. The ideal candidate is ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with substantial practice experience, strong leadership and a track record of

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified accountant, or qualified by experience.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead client meetings.
• Experience in billing and fee management and developing people.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a diverse client portfolio, overseeing accounts, tax compliance, onboarding and ongoing advisory support.
• Lead client meetings, presenting financial results and identifying opportunities for commercial value.
• Review work produced by colleagues and coach team members to maintain high technical standards.
• Build long-term client relationships and contribute to new business development and fee proposals.
• Champion continuous improvement across the practice and collaborate to enhance service and efficiency.
