Insite Public Practice Recruitment Limited is helping a boutique accountancy practice in North West London recruit an Assistant Client Manager / Senior Accountant. You will oversee statutory accounts for owner-managed businesses, mentor junior staff and support the Partner with workflow and client service.

The role offers hybrid working, a clear path toward Client Manager, and a varied portfolio within a growing practice. A strong UK practice background and ACA/ACCA qualification are preferred.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified with solid UK accountancy practice experience.
• Experience delivering statutory accounts for SMEs/owner-managed businesses.
• Ability to review colleagues' work and mentor juniors.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of owner-managed businesses across various sectors.
• Prepare statutory accounts and review junior staff work.
• Support Partner with day-to-day workflow and capacity planning.
• Ensure timely delivery of assignments with high quality.
