Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Client Manager for a growing Accountancy Practice in East Grinstead. The role offers a salary of up to £60k with hybrid working options. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of accountancy practice experience, hold an ACCA or ACA qualification, and possess excellent communication and organisational skills. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, preparing tax returns, and advising clients. Responsibilities

• Prepare sole trade and company accounts.
• Prepare self-assessment tax returns.
• Prepare partnership and company tax returns.
• Review bookkeeping, VAT returns, and management accounts.
• Provide accounting, tax, and business advice to clients.
• Support and review work of junior staff.

Location: East Grinstead, (4 days a week working from home)

Package: £45-60k (DOE), hybrid working, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, private medical, and more

Working Hours: Full time, Monday-Friday, 9:00am-17:30pm

Client Manager Job Overviews

• Preparation of sole trade and company accounts.
• Preparation of self assessment tax return
• Preparation of partnership and company tax returns.
• Reviewing bookkeeping, VAT returns, and management accounts
• Providing accounting, tax, and business advice to clients

Client Manager Job Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years accountancy practice experience
• ACCA or ACA qualified is preferred
• Knowledge of CCH, Sage, and Xero is useful, but not essential
• Must live within a commutable distance of East Grinstead
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
