Job summary

CV Screen Ltd is seeking a Senior Client Manager in a hybrid role near Newbury. You will own a diverse client portfolio, oversee accounts and tax compliance, and deliver strategic, commercially-focused guidance to clients.

Lead client meetings, coach junior staff, and collaborate on fee proposals to grow the practice. The role offers strong development opportunities and an excellent benefits package.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualified accountant, or qualified by experience, with substantial practice experience.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and provide commercial advice.
• Strong leadership and commercial skills, including billing and fee management.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a diverse client portfolio, supervising accounts and tax compliance.
• Lead client meetings, presenting financial results and identifying opportunities to add value.
• Review work produced by colleagues, coaching and developing team members.
• Build long-term client relationships and contribute to new business development.
• Champion continuous improvement across the practice and enhance client service.
