Job summary

CV Screen Ltd is seeking a Senior Client Manager - Accountancy Practice in Newbury with hybrid working (3 days in the office). You will own a diverse client portfolio, manage accounts and tax compliance, and provide advisory support while leading client meetings and coaching the team.

The role offers £55,000 - £60,000 with an excellent benefits package and clear progression paths. Ideal candidates will be ACA/ACCA qualified or have substantial accountancy practice experience, strong leadership,

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent, or qualified by experience.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead client meetings.
• Strong leadership and commercial skills, including billing and fee management.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a diverse client portfolio, overseeing accounts, tax compliance, onboarding and advisory support.
• Lead client meetings, presenting financial results and identifying opportunities to add value.
• Review work produced by colleagues, coaching and developing team members.
• Build long-term client relationships and contribute to fee proposals.
• Champion continuous improvement across the practice to enhance client service.
