Job summary

CV Screen Ltd is seeking a Senior Client Manager - Accountancy Practice in Newbury with hybrid working (3 days in the office). You will own a diverse client portfolio, manage accounts and tax compliance, and provide advisory support while leading client meetings and coaching the team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a diverse client portfolio, overseeing accounts, tax compliance, onboarding and ongoing advisory support.
• Lead client meetings, clearly presenting financial results and identifying opportunities to add commercial value.
• Review work produced by colleagues, maintaining high technical standards while coaching and developing team members.
• Build long-term client relationships, while contributing to new business development and fee proposals.
• Champion continuous improvement across the practice, collaborating with colleagues to enhance client service and efficiency.

What Experience is Required

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified accountant, or qualified by experience, with substantial accountancy practice experience.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships, provide commercial advice and confidently lead client meetings.
• Strong leadership and commercial skills, including experience of reviewing work, developing people, billing and fee management.
