An established accountancy practice in Helston seeks a Senior/Client Manager to oversee client relationships and the accounts process from start to finish. You will partner with the Partner, manage a varied client portfolio, and guide the team to deliver accurate accounts and tax returns.

The role focuses on ownership of client relationships, deadlines, and developing the team, with a supportive, growth-oriented environment in a full-time permanent position.

Qualificações

• ACA or ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience.
• Experience managing a portfolio of clients in an accountancy practice.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounts preparation and tax.
• Experience with FRS 105, FRS 102 and FRS 102A.
• Familiarity with CCH, Sage, QuickBooks Online and Xero would be beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review accounts for a varied portfolio of small, medium and large companies.
• Prepare personal, corporate and income tax returns.
• Manage a portfolio of clients and oversee their accounting requirements.
• Take ownership of client relationships, attend meetings and act as a key point of contact.
• Support the Partner with day-to-day responsibilities.
• Ensure client deadlines and internal budgets are met.
• Maintain a high standard of quality across all work produced.
• Provide feedback, guidance and support to develop team members.
