Job summary

PGIM in London seeks a Client Management Specialist to support regional Client Managers across the EMEA region, initially focusing on the UK and Switzerland. You will work with asset classes across public and private markets and liaise with investment and support teams to service institutional investors.

You will gain exposure to onboarding, CRM processes, and cross-border client solutions, with opportunities to automate tasks and contribute to scalable client service.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or higher.
• Interest in capital markets incl. credit, equities, real estate and alternatives.
• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint; basic data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to processes.
• Strong analytical and data skills.
• Interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Client Managers to provide high-quality service.
• Liaise with stakeholders to respond to recurring and ad-hoc data requests.
• Assist onboarding of new mandates with internal/external teams.
• Maintain CRM records of client requests and actions.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Analytics and Risk Management teams.
• Attend team meetings to understand PGIM investment strategies.
• Identify opportunities to automate simple tasks.
