Operating as part of Hannover Services, the Senior Client Host ensures that an exceptional high level of customer service is delivered to all visitors, staff and stakeholders that use the space at our London office. The Senior Client Host will be the first point of contact for all office enquires and the first line of support for anyone visiting our office.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure that our front of house team provides a warm, courteous, and prompt welcome on arrival for all visitors offering appropriate office services (cloakroom, refreshments & Wi-Fi etc).
  • Ensure the Client Host team keeps all visitors informed of any delays and progress to maintain client comfort.
  • Address all incoming telephone calls, emails and enquiries promptly giving a warm, courteous welcome and always using the agreed salutation.
  • Be the primary contact for all AV queries, troubleshooting and escalating to Technical Coordinator when required.
  • Ensure all AV equipment is checked daily including relevant screens & connections.
  • Be responsible for smooth front-desk operations, managing staffing levels, procedures, and day-to-day supervision.
  • Develop and motivate the front of house team, to meet the current and future needs of users within the workplace.
  • Ensure appropriate support is offered for internal and external meetings with the front of house team completing all related tasks.
  • Responsible for completing regular one to ones with direct reports, mid and end of year reviews and supporting with any development required.
  • Maintain a good knowledge of the BMS system and security policies to provide enough resilience within the team.
  • Ensure all SOPs are maintained and updated on a regular basis.

About You

Experience:

  • 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Previous experience working in a corporate/hotel environment essential.
  • Working knowledge of reservation systems and MS Office applications.
  • Working knowledge of Health & Safety.
  • Experience with Audio Visual services is desirable.
