We power campaigns for Apps, Games, and Brands across Mobile and CTV using advanced machine learning and optimized creative strategies to deliver results. Smadex is one of the fastest-growing DSPs, and we are expanding our team to support our ambitious plans for 2025 and beyond.

We are seeking a Client Growth Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of clients across Europe. This is a hybrid role based in London.

Your mission:

The final candidate will be the first point of contact for your clients, focusing on growing partnerships daily. Your responsibilities include monitoring campaign performance, optimizing towards client KPIs, and identifying business development opportunities. The ideal candidate will be team-oriented, analytically strong, and proactive in problem-solving.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships within your portfolio.
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities to meet targets.
  • Use data-driven strategies and insights to inform decisions.
  • Translate complex data analysis into clear communication.
  • Recommend new product features aligned with client needs.
  • Lead client meetings and business reviews.
  • Represent Entravision & Smadex externally and promote our mobile advertising solutions.
Skills and requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience managing mobile performance-based user acquisition campaigns on programmatic platforms (must have).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (must have).
  • Strong analytical skills with understanding of cohort analysis and key metrics like ROAS, CPM, IPM, CPI, CPA.
  • Deep understanding of the mobile app industry, including media buying, actors, sellers, suppliers, and MMPs.
  • Proactive, disciplined, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Positive attitude, passion for apps, and problem-solving enthusiasm.
