Valuation: $1.25M+ with potential to 100x

Equity: Starting at 10%, with potential for more based on results (translates to $125K within 3 months if the goal is hit, with the potential to 100x into $12.5M+ in a few years)

Achieve 200+ paying customers within 3-4 months to establish strong traction

Develop and execute a scalable customer acquisition strategy (organic, paid, outbound, partnerships)

Build a high-converting sales pipeline for individual educators and enterprise deals

Leverage your EdTech network to secure institutional partnerships and long-term contracts

Expand market presence through multi-channel marketing, content, and demand generation

Post-funding: Accelerate growth beyond 200+ customers to scale into a multi-million dollar business
