Got The T-Shirt in Leeds is building a performance-led influencer offering within a leading North-based marketing agency. You will shape the influencer proposition, set client strategies and drive creator programmes across affiliates and paid social.

You’ll be the go-to influencer expert, partnering with specialist activation teams while building processes, pricing, and scalable methods. This role is hybrid with two office days in Leeds and collaboration across the UK.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in influencer or creator marketing, agency or in-house.
• Proven ability to drive sales through creator activity.
• Strong affiliate, CPA or partnership marketing experience.
• Experience with tracking, attribution and reporting showing commercial results.
• Experience sourcing, vetting and negotiating with creators and talent agents.
• Knowledge of creator content performance on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
• Experience collaborating with paid social, affiliate, digital PR or SEO.
• Ability to shape a new service or proposition within an agency.
• New business or pitch experience.
• Running training sessions or workshops.

Responsabilités

• Help shape the agency's influencer proposition with leadership, bringing structure to existing creator activity across affiliate and paid social.
• Set influencer strategy for key clients, with commercial performance at the centre of every plan.
• Develop performance-led creator programmes (micro-influencers, CPA partnerships, seeding and UGC).
• Lead creator sourcing, vetting and negotiation, from audience quality to rates and contracts.
• Set KPIs and report on conversions, sales and ROI, ensuring compliance with ASA, CAP Code and CMA rules.
• Upskill the wider team and support pitches and client presentations.
