Job summary

LA MAISON JACQUEMUS in London seeks a Senior Client Advisor to be an ambassador of the House, offering each client a unique luxury experience and introducing them to the DNA of the brand and its product range.

You will welcome and advise clients, share product expertise, build lasting relationships, contribute to sales targets, and collaborate with the team to ensure impeccable store presentation and service.

The role requires at least five years in fashion luxury sales and fluency in English.

Qualifications

At least 5 years in sales in fashion or luxury sector.
Experience selling luxury handbags is ideal.
Ability to understand and exceed client needs for a superior experience.
Ability to manage pre-existing client follow-up and reassign boutique clients.
Initiative, service mindset, curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy are essential.
Fluent in English; additional language is a plus.

Responsibilities

Contribute to development of sales revenue and achieve store targets.
Welcome and advise clients to provide an exceptional experience.
Share product expertise with clients.
Suggest complementary products with initiative.
Build lasting relationships to recruit and retain clients.
Ensure proper store maintenance and appearance.
Collaborate with team on visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, and stock management.
