LA MAISON JACQUEMUS is seeking a Client Advisor for our London store to deliver an exceptional client experience and represent the Jacquemus DNA. You will identify client needs, share product knowledge, and guide purchases in line with the House's values.

You will contribute to sales growth, maintain high store standards, and support both in-store and digital initiatives while collaborating with the team to build lasting client relationships.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in fashion or luxury.
• Fluent English; other languages a plus.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to achieving store sales targets.
• Welcome and advise clients to provide an exceptional experience.
• Share product knowledge with clients.
• Suggest complementary products with confidence.
• Build lasting relationships to recruit and retain clients.
• Maintain the store's appearance and organization.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations including visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, stock management and customer service.
• Follow internal procedures and guidelines.
• Support the digital evolution of the House.
