Job summary

Kingdom Havant Office is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to manage a client base, source quality candidates and deliver excellent customer service. The role involves developing new business, handling on-call duties, and ensuring compliance and timely payroll processes.

The ideal candidate will have recruitment or sales experience, strong communication, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This office-based role offers a clear career path within a growing national services group.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above.
• Previous recruitment/sales/customer service experience desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong IT literacy and CRM proficiency.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing clients.
• Generate new business opportunities through proactive sales activity.
• Source, register, interview and select suitable candidates.
• Ensure candidates complete required compliance and training standards.
• Advertise vacancies using various recruitment platforms.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the CRM.
• Attend client meetings and site visits to promote Kingdom services.
• Complete temporary payroll processes where required.
• Participate in the on-call rota including evenings and weekends.
• Provide weekly reports and statistics to management.
