Salary circa £80,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)

A bit about the job:
You’ll manage a team of around 15 technical claims professionals handling high value and complex motor injury claims. Your role will be to drive performance, manage indemnity spend, and ensure excellent customer outcomes. You’ll work closely with colleagues across underwriting, actuarial, and legal to influence strategy and improve our personal and commercial motor end-to-end systems. This is a key leadership role within our Major & Complex Claims (MCC) team, where you’ll help shape the future of motor claims at Aviva.
