What Is the Opportunity?

Travelers Europe is seeking a Senior Claims Manager, AVP, to lead our Financial and Professionals Lines Complex Claims Team. You will manage a team of 6 Senior Claim Professionals, develop strategy, and oversee claims and legal support, contributing to strategic initiatives and industry representation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of claims professionals.
• Manage significant litigation and oversee claim trends analysis.
• Provide legal advice and support to underwriting and claim teams.
• Collaborate on strategic planning and operational management.
• Represent Travelers in claim-related industry matters.

Legal Support:

• Review and analyze bond forms, provide legal advice, and draft agreements.
• Oversee legal support quality and performance.

Qualifications:
