Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery across the Claims Product portfolio.
• Lead delivery across initiatives relating to or impacting Claims.
• Provide technical oversight to ensure solutions meet standards.

Skills

Proven experience in senior leadership of Product Engineering teams across a dispersed resource model

Software development experience in a Technical Lead or Delivery Manager role

Experience delivering solutions in regulated industries

Strong understanding of data governance principles and secure engineering practices

Excellent communication skills
