A leading global insurer located in Manchester is seeking an experienced Senior Claims Adjuster to manage complex, high-value claims for both UK and international clients. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £65,000, along with a robust benefits package. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in property claims and excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.

Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Claims Adjuster to join a leading global insurer’s Property Claims team. This role, based in Manchester, offers the chance to work on complex, high-value claims for both UK and international clients. Base pay range

50,000-65,000

Manchester/Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a caseload of large and/or complex claims, with a focus on international coverage matters.
• Oversee outsourced services and ensure accurate financial reporting and claims records.
• Act as the key contact for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication across all parties.
• Represent the company in market meetings, seminars, and internal claims discussions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers, including TPAs, panel lawyers, and adjusters.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in handling complex, multi-jurisdictional property claims (primary and excess layers).
• Proven leadership in guiding and developing teams.
• Strong knowledge of London Market processes and procedures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A high level of accountability and a strong work ethic.
