Senior Civil Technician – Cardiff

Salary: Circa £40,000

We have a requirement for an experienced Civil Technician/Engineer to join a busy team of professionals in Cardiff, working on mainly Residential schemes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in a relevant role, ideally with Residential project experience
• Ability to take a lead role from concept through to construction

Responsibilities:

• Highways and Drainage designs
• Producing site levels
• Section 278, 38, 104 and 185 agreements
• Earthworks modelling (3D)
