A Little More About Your Role…

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Architectural Technologist to join our expanding Architectural team at ESA Architecture. You will realize preliminary designs into buildable solutions, coordinate detailed information across disciplines, and serve as a point of contact for site delivery. Responsibilities include addressing package procurement, programming, technical queries, reviewing subcontractor information, leading meetings, supporting the contractor during construction, and reporting on project status to management.

You should work well within a team, have excellent attention to detail, efficiency, and communication skills, and be able to liaise effectively with clients and professional staff.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing strong technical design support to project teams to deliver successful projects.
• Leading or supporting project teams, managing time effectively.
• Managing technical project teams and liaising with clients and contractors.
• Coordinating design teams and subcontractors.
• Handling daily project delivery tasks, including producing design deliverables, technical information, site inspections, surveys, and monitoring delivery progress.

What We Will Be Looking For You To Demonstrate…

• HNC/HND in Architecture/Building Construction or BSc in Architectural Technology or equivalent.
• Membership of a professional institution (e.g., MCIAT/Chartered Architectural Technologist).
• Understanding of Building Regulations and technical design guidance.
• Proficiency in REVIT and Navisworks for Level 2 BIM delivery.
• Ability to obtain UK Security Check (SC).
