Job summary

Randstad Construction & Property is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a high-profile heavy civils and water infrastructure program in Gloucestershire. You will oversee the project lifecycle from ECI through design and site delivery, including tunnelling, deep drainage and multi-utility works.

You will manage senior client relationships, ensure NEC Option C compliance, and drive value with Primavera P6 scheduling and robust cost controls.

Qualifications

• Experience leading major heavy civils and water infrastructure schemes.
• Strong NEC Option C contract knowledge with Early Warnings and Compensation Events.
• Experience in design reviews, site investigations and ECI phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead heavy civils and water infrastructure schemes from design through site delivery.
• Oversee ECI phases, design reviews, site investigations and procurement schedules.
• Manage project commercial forecasting, cost controls and monthly reporting.
